It's in the air. The rain is here...Summer is definitely over! :-(

Not only has the season changed; so has the real estate market. It is plainly a "buyer's market" out there. That creates an amazing amount of opportunities for those of you that have been wondering when would be the right time to buy a home.

Well, I can tell you exactly when...NOW! Especially if you've been thinking of buying real estate as an investment.

If you bought your current home 5 years ago, or more, and haven't re-financed it since you moved in, then it's a big possibility that you would have enough equity that you could pull some out and use that to purchase some really great deals that are available right now.

REO's (Bank Owned) properties are popping up everywhere these days.
